Search and filter by field 'Description' within the Overviews tab as an admin

As an admin, I want to be able to search and filter by the field Description < (that's what it's called in Timechimp) within the overviews tab (this is where you want to be able to do it), because it allows me to quickly find specific terms. This makes checking and correcting registrations easier because I can then make bulk changes to registrations.
