Visual indication of availability when schedule is empty

In the day view of the project planning, it is currently not visible how many hours someone is available as long as no hours have been scheduled yet. The orange indication of availability is then completely missing, which hinders the overview.

Request:
Display the orange availability color even when no hours have been scheduled, so that the remaining availability is immediately visible and the planning process becomes clearer.
