Turn off the AI advised nr of hours

I have a “flexible” hour contract so my hours per day and days per week/month are not fixed. Sometimes work 5 days a week, sometimes 1, or anything in-between. Every time I open the system I get these proposed nr of hours to accept or reject. How can I permanently turn off these proposals as most of the time they are not correct and i need to change or reject what is proposed.
