Be able to set multiple BCC addresses by default when invoicing

I want to set more than one email address as default BCC when sending invoices. Currently this can only be done manually per invoice by separating addresses with a semicolon. The desire is to save this as a fixed setting so that both an administrative address and a PEPPOL address are automatically included (use of peppol in other tool)
