Showing and editting descriptions of rows

You can add a description when you add a row, this is very usefull since the rows are all generic titles.
But the descriptions are not shown in the rows itself, so it would be very nice to show the descriptions, or tag the rows so I can quickly find where the work I did belong to which rows.

So please show ( maybe with a toggle ) the descriptions I enter for the rows
Now I have to keep a notes file from my manager where to put my hours in which generic description
