Sending attachments with Peppol invoices

We have started sending invoices to our clients via Peppol and we were informed that attached files are not being included. In our case we definitely need to include attached timesheets with our invoices and I know that this option exists for other platforms. Otherwise we will have to switch to another platform as this is something required by our clients.
