Distinction between leave accrual and leave reduction in dashboard

There is now no distinction between leave hours that are credited (e.g., extra compensation due to weekend shift) or leave hours that are written off (e.g., vacation). This makes the chart harder to interpret at a glance. You really have to go into the statements to know if it is about accrual or attrition.

Desired:

It makes sense that the hours that impact the same category (leave) have the same color. Perhaps a different shade of the same color, e.g. light green and dark green for accrual and accrual?
