Customizable rounding interval for time tracking

Problem Statement: Employees currently track their hours down to the minute (e.g., 1:31). This results in fragmented and confusing time tracking and more complex billing.

Desired functionality:

• Configuration: Administrators must be able to set a rounding interval (e.g., in 5-, 10-, or 15-minute increments).

• Automatic rounding: Submitted times are automatically rounded to the selected interval (e.g., to the nearest quarter-hour).

• Validation: Input restrictions or automatic corrections in the UI as soon as an employee enters hours.

Goal: Consistent time tracking, fewer manual checks, and a faster billing process.
