Record hours or expenses for multiple customers simultaneously

I want to distribute incoming cost invoice (expenses) to multiple customers in 1 expense entry. I want to be able to select multiple customers while recording time or expenses so that I can assign identical activities or expenses to multiple customers more quickly and efficiently. For example: Booking shared software subscription costs for tens or hundreds of customers (e.g. €3 per customer), currently a separate registration must be created for each customer.
