Maintain historical team assignment at team changes

When an employee changes teams, it is important to us that this also remains historically accurate visibility.

Hours written before the team change must remain linked to the original team. Hours written after the change must automatically fall under the new team. This way, reporting and team accountability remains accurate over time.

This could perhaps be a setting to choose whether data on a team change goes with the new team, or remains historically linked to the original team.
