Flexible column width for the first column in the Planning module

In the Project module, column widths can be adjusted (just like on the other screens). In the Planning module, this is not possible, neither in the Projects view nor in the Employees view. As a result, long project names are difficult to read. Request: Please make the width of the first column in the Planning module adjustable as well, similar to the other screens.
