Add a pending approvals indicator to the project overview

In the current customer portal, users with multiple projects must open each project separately to see if any hours are still awaiting approval. This creates unnecessary clicks and makes the approval process less efficient.

A useful improvement would be to add a visual indicator in the project overview showing which projects contain unapproved hours. This could be a badge, icon, or count of pending approvals per project.

This would help customers prioritize their actions immediately, improve usability, and streamline the approval workflow.
