Be able to limit activities per employee to avoid input errors

As Admin, I would like to assign activities to certain employees to determine input options.

Within a project we have different teams working; Mechanical engineering, Manufacturing, Project management etc.

Each team has its own activities/hour types. I would like to use activities/hour types to indicate which is applicable per employee/team.

Otherwise, I would have to create a separate project per project per team which would make the number of projects(100-150 per year) x the number of team (4-6 per project). This would make the project administration too large
